![]() She sought out a supervisor for me to speak with. Glenda was not offended or put off by my request. I said I wanted to talk with someone else. She was very patient with me and genuinely helped me understand the problem from all sides. She heard my complaint and explained what the casino could and could not do with my issue. Politely referred me to the Rewards desk. They explained the issue, but couldn't help me at the table. I asked about the issue with the dealer and pit boss. (a bar code missing from a coupon sort of issue) I had an issue with one of the promotional offers I received in the snail mail. ![]() ![]() I have a particular reason to be excited about customer service while on this particular trip. I was interested to hear about the community involvement while employees were off for the flood. The staff and dealers were friendly as always. I came to stay at the hotel and spend some time in the casino right after the recent flooding. Customer service on my trip to Harrah's Metropolis was outstanding!
